Your Responsibilities:

• IT Operations (Level 2 support, issue troubleshooting, 7x24 on-call for major issues, etc.)
• Incident/problem/event/change process management and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Connected backend Services operations.
• Ensure Connected Services backend functionalities are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
• Change management incl. RFQ review, risk evaluation, implementation and verification.
• Monitoring built up and optimization.
• Monitor Connected Backend Services system functionality performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Vendor performance monitoring, business analysts and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, esp. data security and privacy standards.
• Project management, budget planning and reporting.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Information technology or similar.
• In depth knowledge on ITIL-based process framework.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experiences in steering 7×24 IT operation.
• Experience in Connectivity is preferred.
• MNC working experience is preferred.
• Related tool chain (incl. JIRA, Kibana, MS office, etc.).
• Familiar with OpenSearch as a plus.
