Location: Hefei          
Applicants experience level: experienced  
• Our department is the central coordinator in China for Thermal Management and 
Climatization  
• We are responsible for Development and Localization for all Audi Projects in China 
• Our goal as team is to lead and steer all stakeholders to achieve our targets in a friendly 
and professional working atmosphere 
Your Responsibilities: 
• Steer development and release process in agreement with the Joint Ventures, VGC and 
VW/Audi/Porsche TE and ensure communication and reporting of these properties to related 
stakeholders  
• Validate the testing documents by JVs and instruct JVs to work out countermeasures to meet 
the project goals 
• Identify capable local suppliers for Climatization parts according to Headquarter technical 
requirements & specification  
• Give recommendations for the management to issue release for localized Climatization modules 
and parts 
Required Qualification: 
• Education: Academic degree in mechanical-, automotive-, electrical-engineering or 
mechatronics  
• Work Experience:  3 years’ experience in automotive industry, working experience in related 
part development and localization or project management is plus, working experience in 
German OEM and study experience in Germany is plus 
• Knowledge, skills and abilities: Experience in the field of Climatization parts and functions, Highly 
self-motivated, proactive, responsible and reliable, analytical thinking and self-reflection, very 
good skills in co-operation, communication and conflict management, intercultural 
competence, Familiar with CAD tools 
• Language: very good language skills in English or German, Chinese as native language
