• Our department is the central coordinator in China for Thermal Management and 
Climatization System design and release 
• We are responsible for Development and Localization for all Audi Projects in China 
• Our goal as team is to lead and steer all stakeholders to achieve our targets in a 
friendly and professional working atmosphere 
Your Responsibilities: 
• Steer development and release process in agreement with the Joint Ventures, VGC and 
VW/Audi/Porsche TE and ensure communication and reporting of these properties to 
related stakeholders  
• Validate the testing documents by JVs and instruct JVs to work out countermeasures to 
meet the project goals 
• Identify capable local suppliers for Thermal Management parts according to Headquarter 
technical requirements & specification  
• Give recommendations for the management to issue release for localized Thermal 
Management modules and parts 
Required Qualification: 
• Education: Academic degree in mechanical-, automotive-, electrical-engineering or 
mechatronics 
• Work Experience:  3 years’ experience in automotive industry, working experience in 
related (e.g. cooling) part development and localization or technical project management is 
plus, working experience in German OEM and study experience in Germany is plus 
• Knowledge, skills and abilities: Experience in the field of Climatization parts and functions, 
highly self-motivated, proactive, responsible and reliable, analytical thinking and self
reflection, very good skills in co-operation, communication and conflict management, 
intercultural competence, familiar with CATIA or other CAD tools 
• Knowledge and process in VW Group systems (TI-REX, KVS, AVON, etc.) is a strong plus 
• Language: very good language skills in English (German is a strong plus), Chinese as native 
language
