岗位描述/Department Mission
- 负责CARIAD China汽车软件产品的用户感知质量管控,从产品的设计, 用户友好,功能丰富度, 到产品的性能指标的用户感知质量,对产品的感知质量项目负责;并负责协调和安排产品感知质量相关的项目和测试活动,做为感知质量的项目经理,对感知质量相关的项目活动和状态负责。 Responsible for the user-perceived quality management of automotive software products at CARIAD China. This role covers the full lifecycle of user-perceived quality, spanning product design, user-friendliness, feature richness, and product performance metrics. Take ownership of user-perceived quality projects; coordinate and arrange projects and testing activities related to product-perceived quality. As a Perceived Quality Project Manager, be accountable for the progress and status of all projects and activities associated with perceived quality.

工作内容:
- 感知项目质量统筹与规划: 深入参与产品设计和评审,对接质量代表,产品经理和感知测试团队;整合感知质量范围内的各个活动(包括并不限于 - 产品设计评审,产品客观主观 KPI制定,感知评测KPI 分析,感知评测的测试用例评审,感知质量测试资源协调,感知测试排期, 感知测试结果汇总等),制定并动态管理感知质量项目简报,及时汇报项目动态以及风险管控。Overall Coordination and Planning of Perceived Quality Projects: Deeply engage in product design and review, and coordinate with quality representatives, product managers and perceived quality testing teams. Integrate all activities within the scope of perceived quality (including but not limited to product design review, formulation of objective and subjective product KPIs, KPI analysis of perceived quality evaluation, review of test cases for perceived quality evaluation, coordination of perceived quality testing resources, scheduling of perceived quality tests, and compilation of perceived quality test results). Formulate and dynamically manage perceived quality project briefings, and timely report project progress and risk control measures.
- 感知质量方法论设计与评审,对于感知质量评价体系,评价指标,评分标准以及响应的测试用例设计负责,积极的主导方法论的设计及相关评审工作,保证方法论按时保质保量的交付。Design and Review of Perceived Quality Methodology: Be responsible for the design of the perceived quality evaluation system, evaluation indicators, scoring criteria, and corresponding test cases. Proactively lead the methodology design and related review work to ensure the on-time, on-quality and on-quantity delivery of the methodology.
- 质量资源配置与优化: 协助管理层进行项目级感知质量资源的规划与预算,根据项目阶段和质量风险,动态调整资源配置方案,实现资源效益最大化。Quality Resource Allocation and Optimization: Assist the management in planning and budgeting for perceived quality project resources, dynamically adjust resource allocation plans according to project phases and quality risks and maximize resource efficiency.
- 内外部协同与生态建设: 作为感知质量接口,联动产品,研发,项目、测试等部门,以及VCTC、VCIC、合资公司等外部质量伙伴。主导关键感知质量话题的横向推进,构建高效协同的质量生态。 Internal & External Collaboration and Ecosystem Development: Act as the perceived quality interface to connect internal departments including product, R&D, project management and testing teams, as well as external quality partners such as VCTC, VCIC and joint-venture companies. Lead the cross-functional advancement of key perceived quality initiatives and build a highly efficient and collaborative quality ecosystem.
- 感知质量战略执行与推动: 依据公司及上级质量部门战略,策划并部署感知质量关键节点的质量活动,确保各项交付物在各技术领域(Domain)的有效推行与达标。Strategy Execution and Advancement of Perceived Quality: In accordance with the strategies of the company and the superior quality management department, plan and deploy quality activities at key milestones of perceived quality and ensure the effective implementation and compliance of all deliverables across various technical domains.
- 感知质量活动的实施监控与报告: 统筹、跟踪质量标准和专项在各领域的实施情况。整合并输出项目级质量报告,协助质量工程师上升和解决重大跨域质量问题,确保质量目标达成。Perceived Quality Implementation Monitoring and Reporting: Coordinate and track the implementation of quality standards and special initiatives across all domains. Integrate and issue project-level quality reports, assist quality engineers in escalating and resolving major cross-domain quality issues, and ensure the achievement of quality objectives.
- 知识管理与团队建设: 组织策划质量研讨会、复盘会及攻坚会;负责对内对外质量成果汇报与宣传,促进感知质量文化传播与团队能力提升。Knowledge Management and Team Development: Organize and plan quality seminars, review meetings and problem-solving meetings; be responsible for reporting and promoting internal and external quality achievements and facilitate the dissemination of perceived quality culture and the improvement of team capabilities.
- 持续改进与价值创造: 主动识别感知质量管理中的改进机会与价值点,承接并主导领导交办的特殊质量项目或专项改进任务。Continuous Improvement and Value Creation: Proactively identify improvement opportunities and value points in perceived quality management and undertake and lead special quality projects or special improvement tasks assigned by the leadership.
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
- 本科及以上学历相关专业(如计算机科学、软件工程、电气工程等)Bachelor or above degree in a relevant major (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
- 2 年以上感知质量或者人因工程相关工作经验,对于不同维度的用户感知,汽车行业产品的评价模型搭建等有充分的了解。Have 2+ years of relevant work experience in perceived quality or human factors engineering, with a thorough understanding of user perceptions across different dimensions and the establishment of evaluation models for automotive industry products.
- 最好有数据统计分析方面的经验, 能够运用统计学工具处理评价数据,输出量化报告。 With experience in statistical data analysis, who can use statistical tools to process evaluation data and generate quantitative reports
- 3年以上汽车行业或者互联网行业项目管理经验,对项目保质保量的交付有丰富的经验。More than 5 years of project management experience in the automotive industry or the internet industry, with rich experience in ensuring the delivery of projects with guaranteed quality and quantity.
- 汽车软件产品设计相关知识和经验,有产品需求分析和设计的实践经验,熟悉产品设计和分析方法论 Knowledge and experience in automotive software product design, with practical experience in product requirements analysis and design, familiar with product design and analysis methodologies
- 优秀的沟通技能,坚定的质量信念,能够说服各方统一认识,达成各项质量要求Excellent communication skills, strong quality belief, capable of persuading all parties to align understanding and achieve various quality requirements.
- 了解大众汽车的要求 Familiar with Volkswagen specific requirements (e.g. PEP, Formel Q, QPN-I, KGAS etc.)
- 了解行业相关质量标准和实践 Knowledge of industry related quality standards (e.g. ISO9001, ISO26262, ISO21434, etc.)
- 了解常用软硬件产品及项目相关管理工具 Knowledge of SW/HW product and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Codebeamer, Polarion, Teams, etc.)
