主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

This position holds the responsibility for the described tasks for the VW Group and the brands (Audi, VW), VCTC, CARIZON for the Chinese market. This position has to serve a large amount of interfaces within Volkswagen Group China, in respective field of technology development of ADAS/ ADAP.

• Responsible for the algorithm architecture design and implementation of planning/control/logical module.
• Responsible for the bugfix and optimization of existing ADAS functions.
• Responsible for the simulation/performance tuning of ADAS functions (driving and guard).
• Responsible for the forward-looking research and technology tracking of autonomous driving-related algorithms to continuously improve the scope and performance of ADAS functions.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Education: This position requires a Master/ Bachelor degree in automotive, electrical, computer engineering or respective field.
• Work Experience: 3-5 years of professional working experience. Experience in vehicle development in automotive industry or related field is required.
• Knowledge:

• familiar with ADAS related actuator/sensor characteristics
• Solid fundamentals in vehicle dynamics and control theory (PID/LQR/MPC).
• Proficient with classic planning algorithms across sampling, search, and optimization.
• familiar with common programming languages, such as C++ /Python, etc.
• familiar with common development tools such as Matlab/Simulink/CANoe/CANape, etc.
• Experience in L2/L2++ function series of production and Learning-based algorithm development is preferred.
