The position is responsible for design, build and maintain the CI/CD and middle-ware platforms; maintaining the tools that support the software development & run-time operation. 

Key Tasks:

1. Own the architecture design, deployment, version upgrades, and performance tuning of core middleware including PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
2. Design, build, and continuously optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines covering the full delivery lifecycle from code commit to production deployment.
3. Develop automation platforms for middleware lifecycle management, enabling self-service provisioning, scaling, backup, and configuration changes.

5. Build end-to-end monitoring, alerting, and observability systems across middleware and CI/CD pipelines for rapid issue detection and root-cause analysis.
6. Conduct capacity planning and trend analysis for middleware resources; drive cost optimization and efficient resource allocation.
7. Implement security controls including access management, data encryption, and audit logging; support vulnerability remediation and compliance audits.
8. Evaluate, integrate, and manage the DevOps toolchain ecosystem to standardize and streamline the R&D delivery workflow.
9. Author and maintain architecture documents, operational runbooks, and troubleshooting guides to build a systematic team knowledge base.
10. Undertake other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD toolchains, with experience managing pipelines at scale preferred.

• Deep expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and pipeline design at scale.
  Production-level mastery of at least two of PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka, including architecture internals, performance tuning, and HA configuration.
  Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including deploying stateful middleware on K8s.
  Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and automation-driven infrastructure delivery.
  Solid Linux administration skills with strong networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing) and storage fundamentals.
