Brief description of the position:

The position of the Laboratory & Workshop take lead the laboratories for battery cell analysis, liquids, metal and nonmetal parts, sample preparation, microscopy and mechanical properties in accordance with the latest standards.

 Key Tasks:

1. Setting up laboratories for battery cell analysis, liquids, metal and nonmetal parts, sample preparation, microscopy and mechanical properties in accordance with the latest standards
2. Training, instructing, supervising and managing laboratory technicians for test support, evaluation and damage analysis
3. Developing early detection methods based on anomalies identified during testing
4. Maintained close partnerships with other internal/external laboratories
5. Knows internal costs and external prices, outsources when unavoidable
6. Transfers knowledge from external to internal
7. Participates in external tenders and explains why laboratory analyses cannot be carried out internally
8. Responsible for internal quality assurance and the certification of external laboratory equipments to ensure maximum comparability of results
9. Ensures that the highest safety standards are maintained and continuously improved within their area of responsibility

Education:

-Bachelor degree in Electro-chemistry, Chemistry, automotive, electrical, or respective field

Working experience:

-At least 5 years of working experience in automotive Laboratory
