岗位描述/Department Mission

This position focuses on the AI Vehicle field, responsible for the full lifecycle management of AI-related in-vehicle products. It mainly connects AI technology with in-vehicle scenario implementation, leads the design, iteration and optimization of AI functions, promotes application of AI technologies (such as machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, etc.) in in-vehicle scenarios, creates AI vehicle products that meet user needs and have both technological innovation and commercial value, and collaborates with R&D, testing, marketing and other teams to achieve product goals.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Product Planning and Design: Lead the planning and design of AI Vehicle-related products, formulate product roadmap, PRD and AI function design schemes based on AI technology trends, in-vehicle industry standards and user needs, and clarify the technical implementation path.

•  Product Owner and Continuous Improvement: Be responsible for the iteration management of AI vehicle products, track user feedback and data performance after product launch, and continuously optimize product functions to enhance product competitiveness in combination with the direction of AI technology iteration.

• Product Development and Acceptance: Deeply connect with the AI R&D team, clearly convey product requirements, collaborate to solve AI technical difficulties in the R&D process, promote the adaptation and optimization of AI models and algorithms in in-vehicle scenarios, and ensure the stability and experience of AI functions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, testing, hardware, marketing, etc.) to promote the entire process of products from requirement implementation, R&D testing to launch and promotion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

• Market Research and Product Optimization: Pay attention to the AI vehicle industry dynamics, competitors' products and technical trends, explore new product opportunities, and output industry analysis reports and product innovation suggestions.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of working experience as an AI-related product owner, with experience in AI design and R&D collaboration; experience in AI Vehicle (intelligent in-vehicle, in-vehicle AI) related products is preferred. Excellent product planning, requirement analysis and document writing skills, able to independently complete product scheme design.

• Technical Skills: Familiar with AI technology (machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, etc.), understand the process of AI model training and deployment, can communicate efficiently with the AI R&D team, and accurately transform technical capabilities into product functions.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Strong interest and desire to explore the AI vehicle field, strong learning ability, able to quickly keep up with the development of AI technology and Intelligent Vehicle industry. Strong stakeholder management abilities, effective coordination of resources, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
