The technical project coordinator is in charge of project steering of MM project from VCTC R&D. This position is aiming to conduct PMO activities like steering project maturity, timeline fulfillment, coordinating the Business Units to solve technical problems in frame of the project development. this position shall keep close contact with PM. 

Key Task：

• Planning, operative steering and following up of whole vehicle and function related development targets: cost and unit cost, functions, maturity releases, techniques, quality, legal requirement and environment requirements for one vehicle project
• Responsible for Steering project milestones to reach R&D related project targets. Preparation for product team decisions in alignment with R&D process partner, R&D technical departments and product management 
• Coordinate with FGS(Fachgruppensprecher) and relevant BUs to solve technical topics in project
• Participate Product Team meeting and execute a PMO role from R&D side together with whole project team
• Identify risks, and realize measures for operative management  
• Consolidation and plausibility of development costs. Manage project development cost and facilitate to decision documents

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.
• Over 3 years of working experience at least in automotive industry, preferable working experience in OEM level
• 1-2 years work experience in technical project steering, project speaker 
• Vehicle professional knowledge
• Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring)
• Deep understanding of automotive development processes and procedures
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good skill for information sorting and analysis, good team player Language
• Good technical and business language skills in English (written and spoken)
• German is a plus
