Ensure on time project delivery for module development for VW & Audi

Your Responsibilities:
Define and coordinate the BoM List of module
Representee of part designer in EA-EV meeting in terms of design change
Organize and Coordinate Meetings for preparation the production Process for Prototype Engines. (Langlaeufergespraech, Baulosgespraech ectl.)
Plan and define the timely schedule for Assembly of Protoype engines with related Stakeholders (Joint Ventures, Motorbau Ingolstadt and Wolfsburg, MAC Gyoer)
Collect and Coordinate the demand for prototype Engines with all related Stakeholders (Audi, VW, Audi Hungaria, Joint Ventures VWED, SVW, FAWVW)
Coordinate and Track the availability of all necessary engine components, necessary to assemble prototype Engine modules for Testing and Release.
Responsible for upload assembly engine document in Audi HQ
Escalating in project meeting about Pre Series topics

Required Qualification:

Education: academic degree in mechanical-, automotive-, electrical-engineering or mechatronics
Work Experience: min. 3-year experience in the fields of automotive engine or vehicle control unit software/calibration, experiences in BoM list definition, coordination pre Series process
Knowledge, skills and abilities: AVON, ECA, TI Synchro, KVS
