Brief description of the position:

This position is responsible for designing, optimizing and standardizing business processes, improving process efficiency, reducing costs&waste, supporting the achievement of business objectives, ensuring the traceability of process compliance, and integrating with QMS system, establishing and operating a quality management system that meets standards to ensure the stability, compliance.

Key Tasks:

• Leading VCTC-Y QMS system planning, and prepare/revise system documents such as manuals, work instructions and form records.
• Manage the preparation, review, approval, distribution, recovery, invalidation and filing of documents, and ensure the use of effective versions on site.
• Organize internal quality training (system standards, document requirements, quality tools, exception handling, etc.) to enhance the quality awareness of all staff. Organize process training and publicity, promote process landing, and promote process informationization/automation;
• Coordinate cross-departmental solutions to problems in the operation of the system and promote the integration of quality requirements into business processes.
• Docking audit institutions, managing/participating in/accompanying the review, preparing review materials, reporting system performance, and tracking the implementation of management review resolutions.
• Conduct business process status survey, coordinate/organize the formulation of process standards, coordinate cross-departmental confirmation of process plans, and resolve process conflicts;
• Collect feedback on process problems, organize process review regularly, and iteratively optimize process schemes;
• Establish process management system (process architecture, process classification, process numbering rules) and unify process management standards.
• Connect with VCTC QMS system to ensure that business processes meet the requirements of quality, compliance and risk management and control.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Deep Knowledge& skills on IATF 16949/ISO 9001/VDA6.3, and other VDA standards with solid implementation experience 
• Good of document preparation, audit, training, communication and coordination, and can promote cross-departmental problem solving.
• Understand industry quality regulations and special requirements of customers (such as APQP and PPAP ).
• Master process design and optimization tools: swimlane diagram, VSM, lean, BPR, process KPI design. 
• Openness (especially to intercultural differences)
