Brief description of the position:

Responsible of Generic HVB System technical requirement consolidation and release, maintenance of the operation of Requirement Management Committee in YE, coordination the expert representatives from  related Profession-specialist Team to define the Generic HVB System LAH Package, creation and optimization of the WI/P.S. for Requirement Management.

 Key Tasks:

• Responsible of the HVB System Requirement Library management, and working as the interface to Vehicle/E&E Architecture Library for Generic Requirement elicitation and distribution for Generic HVB System Requirement Engineering(by working together with Requirement Management Committee in YE).
• Lead the Generic HVB System Technical Requirement management, set up and maintain the Requirement Management Committee in YE, coordinate the Committee to defined the generic LAH, create the WI/P.S. for HVB System Requirement Management in YE.
• Responsible of the Generic LAH/MIP release and documentation. Set up the MIP (Minimum Information Package) and LAH (Lastenheft)/SOR(Scope of Requirement) WBS(Work Breakdown Sheet) , review the draft version with internal stakeholders,  manage the update/version control and release accordingly. Responsible of the Generic LAH/MIP documentation.
• Working together with YE-VEX for the standards&regulation requirement distribution/implementation in Generic HVB System Technical Requirement(Generic MIP/LAH).
• Support the Project depend LAH/MIP creation, review the finalized version for Generic Requirement setting and Generic Rules fulfillment double check. Create the related templates for supplier alignment and compliance matrix clarification.  
• Support the deviation analysis of supplier's A/B/C/SOP TE status. 
  Familiar with DCIA(Deviation analysis, Countermeasures, Impact analysis, Action plan) , FMEA, FTA, structural topology optimization, 8D analysis, etc. methodology.
• Support the Project depend LAH update during development process, e.g. PF/BF/BMG.
  Recognize the new generic requirement to be added in Generic LAH Package/MIP, and lessons&learn consolidation for HVB System Requirement Management.
• Support the Requirement Benchmark, or other generic requirement management related topics in YE.
