Key Tasks:

• To support partner problem solving, production and quality improvement
• Take participate in project quality gate review and give out quality risk points
• Monitor and control the product industrialization process to ensure final release/delivery (SOP) with proactive leading of problem solving, includes consideration of supplier's delivery
• Track partner's quality planning  and give out professional support
• Track  partner's sample building quality control condition in both process and incoming material and give out professional support
• Mass Production line quality release review in both line  quality control plan and product quality checking 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering 
• At least 5-8 years product  quality management experience from power battery industry
• At least 2 years engineering/development background
• Intercultural affinity and ability to motivate team members
• Skilled with efficient management of complex projects in a complicated environment
• Strong risk management skill to identify and minimize/avoid risks to secure product development
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment
• Professional understanding of VDA, APQP, FMEA,SPC,MSA,6sigma etc.
• English is a plus
