Brief description of the position:
This position define, drive and continously evolve the enterprise-wide AI-transformation agenda for VCTC-E, establishing the strategic framework, organizational enabler and implementation. This Position leads and orchestrates cross-company transformation activities and drives, facilitates and shapes the R&D strategy development and implementation for the entire VCTC-E.

Key Tasks:
- Definition and updating the VCTC R&D strategy in alignment with the Group China Strategy by analyzing, interpretation and creating Scenarios of the market develop.
- Steering as the PMO of the R&D Key projects, ensure the execution by synergizing with critical R&D BUs, aggregate insights, prioritize initiatives by strategic alignment.
- Securing of the operationalization of the R&D strategy by consulting to archive and converts them to quantitative and actionable plans (e.g. OKR each action field)
- Coordinate the collaboration with key external stakeholders and conduct synergy assessments, and project management.
- Establish and govern the strategic VCTC-E capability development framework to build future-ready competencies
- Define and govern enterprise AI adoption and deployment strategies to enable scalable, secure and value-driven AI integration across the product development lifecycle
- Drive the strategic execution of VCTC-E priorities by establishing governance, monitoring organizational OKRs and ensuring alignment with stakeholders
- Leading also in the Name of whole VCTC, any kind of China specific strategic initiatives/ action fields in cross-functional teams with TE WOB
- Support to define and coordinate the development of Technology road maps within VCTC-E
- Coordinate and govern the definition, execution and continuous tracking of the VCTC-EZ internal strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic priorities
Education:
- Masterdegree, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similar
Working experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leading project teams in the R&D field and at least 2 years of strategic management experience
Knowledge, skills and others:
- Project management experience and Organization to manage multiple projects at once
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Enjoys working in a team, creative and proactive personality
- In-depth understanding of automotive R&D processes
- Highly pro-active working attitude
- Strong competitive, performance and market analysis skills to make right decisions
