Brief Description of the position:

Management the daily operation of VCTC CTT. Handle and arrange CTT requests (including testing and non-testing activities) from VCTC and other entities. Coordinate External PG (JV) resources and handle the business issues of EGE durability tests. PT license training organize. City test track planning , overall project implementation, organize and coordination.

Key Tasks:

• Handle CTT requests from VCTC R&D and support tests in CTT, test tracks arrangement, risk assessment of testing activities, Personnel and vehicle entry management and approval, test/test drive/construction activities coordinate, CTT booking and management process create, update and publishing. Handle VWA, Cariad, Audi and other VW group company CTT tests requests and manage the contract between entities.
• Organize and support activities in CTT (dynamic driving, static presentation). Company activities support and arrangement (video and shooting activities, company sports activity, visiting, etc.)
• CTT operation and Maintenance contract sign, management and payment. On site supplier work arrangement and management. Work with EHS and security for formulation of security emergency plans and emergency handling, confidentiality and shooting management.
• External PG communicate, contract (JV) sign and management. External PG resource (JV) coordinate and booking, resources usage confirmation and payment. Durability test budget application and management. Durability tests vehicle components and parts purchase.
• CTT admission training and CTT high speed track training organize and qualification issue. Internal and external PT license training organize, Manage the whole internal training process, organize theroetical training and on site training. VCTC  PT driving license issue and drive qualification certification.
• Formulate the planning programme for the test site according to the requirements of the test users and the process, to estimate the investment and progress of each programme, and to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of each programme;
• Coordinate and organise users, process and other departments to cooperate with the design institute to complete the construction drawings, organise various departments to review the construction drawings; participate in the evaluation of the design scheme and make comments;
• Responsible for the whole process of project implementation, organization and coordination of construction units, supervision, design, technology, users and other collaborative work, timely handling of various types of problems in the process of project implementation, to ensure that the project is completed according to the schedule, safely, and to control the project investment within the budget;
• Develop the project plan for the CTT construction phase Ⅲ, manage the entire project life-cycle(including project initiation,concept design,construction drawing,construction and accept), clarify the goals, allocate limited resources reasonably, set key time nodes, and ensure that the project on the right track;
• Regarding the sponge city, set regular meetings with the design institute and construction party, and smooth communication channels are established with the government. Ensure the sponge city project passes the expert review meeting successful and accept by government in the end;

Qualifications and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Requires more than 3 years of work on projects management, work experience in VW group and automotive industry is preferred.
• Team working and good analytical skills;
• Grade 4 English or Grade B German, with the ability to write and read basic English or German;
• Management of the technical aspects of a project.
