职位描述:
key task:
- Lead and organize the headcount planning in planning round and annual planning for all L1 departments within the CEA Division, including Headcount forecasting and application, budget analysis, and dynamic adjustments based on business priorities and project demands.
- Drive organizational restructuring initiatives, including department merges, splits, and redesigns;
- Monitor division level and L1 level recruiting status by identifying gaps and risks, driving hiring progress, coordinating on recruitment-related tasks within the division in cooperation with HR department and ensuring timely resource allocation for hiring departments.
- Drive FSE planning of the division, maintain the FSE position and contract data, support the position application and onboarding process, monitor the succession planning and coordinate the related tasks in connection with all L1 managers etc.
- Lead OKR program roll out in CEA one team including Cariad side in cooperation with HR department from VCTC and Cariad both sides, incl. framework design, template development, process optimization, quarterly cycle management, status tracking, IT tool optimization and management report; conduct OKR workshops and training sessions for CEA one team, providing coaching on methodology, alignment, access management to ensure effective adoption.
- Coordinate division-wide training needs, liaise with HR and R&D academy, and external partners to fulfill training requirements; training budget planning; lead training needs analysis and develop CEA internal training programs; plan and leverage both internal and external resources to drive program implementation and tracking, ensuring effective competence development for all L1 department.
- Streamline internal resource planning and HR management related processes and workflows within the Division, optimize communication and operation workflow, identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Manage and coordinate the seats planning and allocation within the division in cooperation with EZ department, oversee office facility maintenance and coordination, coordinate the essential office related resources in cooperation with EZ, plant service and HR administration department.
- Collect, analyze, and visualize HR metrics including headcount, recruitment; maintain the data and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports for division head to support data-driven decision-making; maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Qualification:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Automotive or Electrical Engineering or Industry & Business Administration or Finance or German / English languages or similar
- Proven experiences in resource planning, HR management, or project resource management in automotive environment.
- • Knowledge of automotive systems is required • Experience in any Volkswagen brand is preferred • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong result-orientation required • Strong inter-cultural communication and coordination skills • Familiar with PPT, WORD, EXCEL, excellent EXCLE skill and AI date processing tool skill is preferred
