Brief introduction of this position:

This position needs to have a strong understanding of luxury customer behavior and the ability to drive demand

generation at retail level. Additionally, cross-functional collaboration with different stakeholders is essential to ensure seamless brand activation and promotion at retail level.

 

Key tasks:

  1. Develop, communicate, and implement retail marketing policies, standards, and guidelines to Bentley dealers. Ensure dealers fully understand and adhere to brand guidelines in all local mkt activities.
  2. Develop and regularly update regional marketing plans in alignment with brand strategies. Monitor dealer implementation of marketing plans, track results against KPIs, and provide actionable feedback.
  3. Ensure dealers deploy appropriate marketing activities (e.g., local events, digital touch points) to improve customer loyalty and generate high-quality sales leads. Share best practices and toolkits.
  4. Plan, lead, and execute at the operational level regional marketing events and dealer-hosted events. Provide on-site support and coaching to dealer teams during key events.
  5. Establish and implement a dealer marketing quality assessment framework. Conduct regular checks of dealer marketing materials, digital presence, and event execution.
  6. Improving Dealer Behavior. Proactively identify under-performing dealer marketing behaviors. Design and deliver training, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to correct and elevate dealer practices.
  7. In charge of retailer toolkit, developing campaign-based showroom presentations and immersive customer experiences.
  8. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, retail marketing, sales or CRM, ideally within the luxury automotive, or luxury consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong understanding of dealer operations and the luxury retail environment.
  • Proficiency in measuring marketing effectiveness, analyzing performance data, and deriving insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with dealer partners and internal teams. Fluency in English is essential.
