Brief description of the position:

The Roadmap Strategy Power House is responsible for creating and synchronizing the long-term development roadmap for the organization's powertrain ecosystem. This position will act as the central nexus, collaborating with all organizational units to define the future of powertrain components and the integrated system. The mission is to create a cohesive strategy and ensure the roadmap execution.

 Key Tasks:

• Responsible to lead the creation and documentation of a multi-year, phased technology roadmap for all powertrain components (e.g., battery systems, electric drives, transmission, engine) and the integrated powertrain system.
• Responsible to coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement and Finance to gather input, validate assumptions, and ensure roadmap alignment across all functions.
• Conduct continuous analysis of emerging technologies, regulatory trends, competitor activities and market demands to inform and continuously refine the strategic roadmap.
• Identify gaps between the current state and the future roadmap objectives. Develop and propose clear, actionable strategies and initiatives to bridge these gaps.
• Work with project management and R&D teams to translate the high-level roadmap into a prioritized portfolio of projects, programs, and research activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and a subject matter expert for the powertrain development strategy, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Monitor and report roadmap progress, identify risks and drive mitigation actions with relevant teams.
• Champion innovation initiatives that accelerate powertrain development and maintain technological leadership.
