key task:

1. Lead wire harness development and ensure the project meet the multi-requirements among quality, cost and time line
2. Responsible of creating and voting for change requests
3. Responsible of checking AEMs and make signatures to perform a good design quality
4. Factory on-site supporting and problem solving in a global network.
5. Samples tracking provided by the Supplier, checking the improvement and the quality agreed
6. Build up a good local supplier network.
7. Build up a good local supplier network.
8. Bridge with VWG related to EE or workshops related to the topic. Attend the different committee (Konzern) as responsible of the JV Projects in EE components.
9. Discuss with interlocutors about different changes need for the JV HUT in China. Transfer the “Know-How” to the team.
10. Necessary Knowledge of procedures, processes and infrastructure required to fulfill the project targets.

Qualification:

1. •Engineering Bachelor/Master degree in Automotive or Electrical Engineering communications computing or similar
2.  More than 5 years of relevant work experience in OEMs (Tier1 suppliers are also available), VW work experience will be a plus;
3. • Familiar with the project development process of the OEM, and fully participated in the development of at least one vehicle model; • Familiar with the EE architecture and components of the wire harness; • Rich experience in the development of wire harness and components, etc.; • Familiar with relevant regulations and standards of wire harness and components; • Able to use AutoCAD/CATIA and other software to analyze 2D and 3D drawings; • Able to read circuit schematics; • Familiar with VOBES process;
