Scope of this position is within the continuously live process landscape, which are quite dynamic and frequently changbale VWA EEZ, including but not limited to the ones related to QMS, CSMS, SUMS, ISMS, RMS, PCMS, etc. The holder of the position ensures that, the requirement from internal and external are well acknowledged and interpreted, corresponding measured and(or) solutions are well verifie

Key Tasks：

Initiating, deploying and monitoring the SUMS related Process Standard landscape of management system aligned with stakeholders and supervisor

Status reporting for the management system implementation progress

Support for the management system status presentation preparation of important committees

Regular meeting organization to synchronize information also track open points with stakeholders
Necessary resource for management system booking 

Participate management system regular meeting as representative

Transfer management system implementation experience with team

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SUMS Processes, Audit and project management.

Qualification and skills required for the position: 

Bachelor degree in Automotive/ Electrical/Industry Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management. 

Fresh graduate is accepted, with working experience is preferred, familiar with project / process management methodology experience in the similar role is a plus.

 Strong intercultural communication and coordination skills (must);
• Strong willing to bring new idea and team sprite (must)
• Familiar with PPT, WORD, EXCEL (must).
• Experience in any Volkswagen brand is preferred (nice to have);
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong result-orientation required (nice to have)
Language:
• Business language skills in English (written and oral) (must)
• Familiar with German (nice to have)
