Key Tasks:

1 Be responsible for one or more of the calibration packages below (2-6) Main Responsibility
2 - Thermal calibration for inverter/OBC/DCDC/e-drive with task including but not limited to: thermal sensor position definition in the DC capacitor/EMC filter/AC bus bar/rotor for thermal inverter/OCDC/e-drive manufacture, thermal model calibration of IGBT/Mosfet/DC capacitor/EMC filter/AC bus bar/rotor/etc., thermal protection (cooling flow, derating) calibration Main Responsibility
3 - Sensor & actuator calibration for inverter/OBC/DCDC/e-drive with task including but not limited to: AC current sensor, DC voltage sensor, low voltage sensor, rotor position sensor, rotor offset, temperature sensor, IGBT/Mosfet/etc. Main Responsibility
4 - Function safety & high voltage safety related calibration for inverter/OBC/DCDC with task including but not limited to: torque estimation & monitoring, AC current monitoring, DC voltage monitoring, rotary speed monitoring, rotor offset & position monitoring, etc. Main Responsibility
5 - E-drive calibration with task including but not limited to: EMF measuring, rotor offset calibration, id/iq scanning & motor parameter calibration (MTPA/MTPV/field weaken), switching frequency, torque path, protection & derating etc. Main Responsibility
6 - OBC & DCDC calibration with task including but not limited to: charging/discharing, input frequency adaptability calibration, grid adaptability calibration, input harmonic current and power factor calibration, grid abnormal responses and recovery calibration, input protection calibration, etc. Main Responsibility
7 Calibration scope definition, calibration criterion definition, calibration data review/release/version management according to ASPICE Main Responsibility
8 Calibration methodology & calibration toolbox (scripts etc.) development Main Responsibility
9 Test rig setup & commission (Test rig scouting/evaluation/correlation, accessory/fixture/adapter preparation etc.) Partial Responsibint

11 Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
12 Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
