职位描述: 

In the context of the CEA Operational HUB (joint development between CARIAD China and VCTC), CEA Project Steering is leading and controlling technical definition, design, implementation, testing and release of CEA platform in close collaboration with mechanical platform development of CMP, MEB and CSP, led by VCTC EO TPL.

 

Key Tasks:

Definition of CEA software delivery scope and technical integration and releasing strategy of all programs covered by CEA in the Volkswagen Group, safe guarding delivery, quality and innovation. 

Control innovation, definition management for next generation of E/E platform and implementation of the overall end-to-end architecture and cross system functions.

Design overall timeline, define product delivery artifacts and release targets. Management and priorization of technical project teams during project execution.

Planning, controlling and tracking of program targets by defining and setting milestones, in close collaboration with PM of each system

Coordination and steering of development activities related vehicle systems, which are part of or related to CEA.

Resolution of conflicts in the area of technology, processes and resources in accordance with corporate strategy.

Responsible for overall CEA risk management and mitigation

 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Education: University degree (Bachelor/Master or above) in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Vehicle/Communications Engineering or similar

Working experience: 3+ years of professional experience in project management • In-depth knowledge of automotive industry in China • Cross-culture experience is preferred 

Knowledge, skills and others: Technical Major degree • Excellent project management skills • Skills in the E2E environment of the automotive industry • Communicative and emphatic person characterized by the ability to make decisions and assert yourself • Professional experiences in development and approval processes within the automotive industry
