Brief introduction of this position:

Playing central steering role in drafting sales campaigns, driving internal implementation and settlement;

Ensuring the ongoing product availability in the market, including homologation readiness, custom clearance and general product compliance in its lifecyle;

Resp. for the full logistics process of Bentley vehicles, from production, importation, dealer wholesale to customer delivery;

Key tasks:

1. Data analysis to identify issuse in inventory to followup with logistics, homologation etc. ensuring supply statbility; issues in stock and retail to trigger discussion on tactical support.
2.  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver the tactcial support, track effectivness and settle the payment on-time.
3. Support product related topics in including Homologation, Pre-registration, CO2, Battery Tracking, COC ,Recall, Quality etc. in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.

1. Resp. for long term and short term budget planning in homologation, logistic, Ops team etc. and the corresponding settlement.
2. Resp. for both general and temp importations, international and domestic logistics to ensure vehicle avialability for retailer and Marketing/Events.
3. Resp. for vehicle damage policy and its related compensation; collaborate with customer care and technical etc. in solving delayed delivery issues caused by quality, logistics, registration etc.
4. Other ad hoc related tasks.

Qualification and skills:

• Business or Marketing Bachelor degree, Masters preferred.
• Min. 7 years Working experiences in Sales & Marketing, Logisitic are preferred
• Strong data-driven analytical thinking.
• Highly effective communicator in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Strong listening and influencing skills.
• Good understanding of the Sale/ Wholesale Process and Budget Management.
• Very good understanding of common MS Office applications, esp. in Excel.
