职位描述: 

key task:

  1. Define smart cabin user scenarios (commute, parking, safety, comfort, entertainment, etc.).Turn abstract service concepts (e.g., “smart cabin experience”) into usable, feasible HMI flows
  2. Design end-to-end user journeys across the whole driving experience. Simplify how users discover and use HMI functions. Map how drivers/passengers use the car before, during, and after a trip
  3. Plan multimodal interaction (touch, voice, gesture, haptic, light). Go beyond buttons and layouts: design services like voice assistance, cloud sync, OTA updates, in-car payments, etc.
  4. Create HMI service logic & interaction flows for cockpit functions.
  5. Develop UX specifications & interaction rules for the smart cabin.
  6. Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual & experience consistency.
  7. Work with engineering to translate design into technical requirements.
  8. Conduct user research & usability testing and iterate the experience. Run journey mapping, user research, and service blueprinting
  9. Optimize safety & usability for in-vehicle HMI under driving conditions. Test whether the HMI actually supports smooth, safe, satisfying use 
  10. Explore future smart services (AI assistant, personalization, OTA, connectivity).

Qualification:

  1. Master or Bachelor in Design or other relevant Design fields.
  2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in automotive industry for UX / UI Design or UI design relevant business.
  3. • Proven work experience as a Service Designer, UX Designer, or Experience Designer.
    • Expertise in service design tools: journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, storyboards.
    • Strong user-centric thinking and cross-team collaboration skills.
    • Experience designing for multi-channel / multi-touchpoint ecosystems (e.g., app + web + device / HMI + cloud + mobile).
    • Portfolio demonstrating service design process and outputs.
