岗位描述/Department Mission

The newly founded function of Head of Marketing, Branding & Communications provides an efficient and effective marketing, brand and communications for the company consistently through all target groups.
The function identifies the top drivers of corporate strategy and areas where Marketing, Branding & Communications can create value by part
nering with the business / functions and helps to set the right communications priorities. The function builds a consistent local, regional and global image and unique identity for the company. The function establishes, improves and maintains the positive image towards all stakeholders (internally and externally).


主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

  • Define the marketing, branding and communications of the company  – from strategy to execution
  • Define identity, values and positioning of the future brand and introduce it to all stakeholders
  • Initiate, steer, implement and review campaigns for internal and external stakeholders
  • Define, set-up and manage ongoing marketing, brand and communications tasks
  • Steer external resources for marketing, brand and  communications, especially agencies and consultancies
  • Advise the company in product, marketing, brand and communications related activities
  • Define and set-up team to establish the company in the market and for future growth
  • Close cooperation with all stakeholders

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

  • Education: University degree or equal degree with a combination of Business and Marketing; master degree preferred
  • Work Experience:
    • 15 years +, including intercultural working experience, preferably with Europe
    • 5 years + in a business advisory role with in a matrix organization
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial and creative spirit
  • Well-organized and highly structured work ethic
  • Strategic & analytical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal communication & negotiation skills, especially with external partners
  • Strong social competence
  • English:  Fluent English (speaking and writing) mandatory
