岗位描述/Department Mission

The position will be Enterprise Architect of PMT (Process, Methodology and Toolchains) solution.

This position will ensure PMT toolchain’s data communication networks architecture design, implementation and deployment to fulfill business and organization needs. Working with all internal teams and external vendors to guarantee the implementation and release of holistic technical solution.

The position will participate in technical assessments and establish technical standards to support PMT’s IT Strategy and business requirements.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

This position should provide architecture design and technique coaching to PMT system architects, organize the architecture design in solution level and the implementation.

• Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies and IT processes, providing improvement advice.
• Build business architecture models to reflect the PMT organization’s strategies and goals, create and achieve business visions and goals.
• Evaluate systems engineering and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.
• Plan and design data communication networks.
• Identify the current and future IT needs of the business and provide effective solutions that align with business development.
• Manage the information and network security.
• Implement the on-demand hardware and software upgrades.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on network equipment.
• Keep documentation of networks, including drawings, descriptions and configurations.
• Lead and promote the best practice of technical architecture and continually benchmark against industry standards.
• Assure the feasibility and sustainability of infrastructure technical architecture.
• Maintain the architectural collaboration mode
• Cooperate with German IT team to guarantee China local IT Infrastructure harmonization and synergy   
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Education: Major in information technology, computer science, electronic or similar subject with bachelor degree or above is preferred.
• Work Experience: 5+ years working experience of complexity IT system design and implementation within a transforming and fast-evolving environment.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role
• Excellent technical, analytical and project management skills
• Experience in modeling and graphic representations. Actual hands-on experience on developing and building models management (e.g., prioritization, trade-off analysis, psychology, etc.).
• Good knowledge about networking components
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Group session facilitation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership and motivational skills
