岗位描述/Department Mission

This position will be Solution Manager of PMT (Process, Methodology and Toolchains) solution for Offboard software development management.

This position need define, plan, and organize development/delivery the PMT Solution of  Offboard software development management. This position need standardize and provide practical implementation guidance and methodology to offboard software development management solution related activities based on quality, standard and regulation requirements, upstream and downstream activity processes etc. The position need to define and select toolchains or in-house development platform for PMT Offboard Solution related activities, enable a standard usage criteria for those toolchains, and together with development engineers to further automate the toolchains to enhance the activity efficiencies.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

Technical key words:

This position will need to provide standardized methodology and tools as an overall PMT Solution for offboard software development related activities.

• Define customers and stakeholders
• Collect business scenarios of actual practices in all business divisions and requirements towards software development, integration and deployment topic.
• Analyze all collected requirement and classify business requirements.
• Define the Solution and Assure desirability and viability over the product lifecycle
• Manage functional requirement
• Maintain the solution roadmap
• Support software development related process definition.
• Manage and prioritize own product task and organize the development and delivery.
• Manage Suppliers
• Cooperate with German PMT team to define the PMT Offboard solution for China
• Be responsible for PMT offboard Solution go-live and user onboarding and operational support after go-live.
• Cooperation with and integration to upstream and downstream PMT products.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Education: Major in Computer science, Electronic, or similar subject with Bachelor degree or above
• Work Experience: 5 years above working experience of software development, and 3 years experiences for Software Engineering Management related work. working within a transforming and fast-evolving environment.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • The candidate will further have a demonstrated experience in microservice software,head unit app and mobile app development technologies as well as experience working in quality required process.
  • On-hands practices of at least 2 of below area in in-car software domain: SW development, integration, test, requirement management etc. together with capability to processes development and documentation within a continuous development & delivery environment..
  • The candidate should be familiar with container-based software/android app/web app development technologies and toolchains.
  • The candidate should be familiar or experienced of Large scale Agile development process (such as SAFe) and ASPICE
  • The candidate should have strong communication, cooperation and coordination skills.
  • The candidate should have strong documentation skills
  • The candidate should be excellence in English
