岗位描述/Department Mission

The position will be vehicle system architecture development .

The position will need to standardize the process of solution train vehicle system architecture development, lead solution train vehicle architecture platform development.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities :

The position will need to standardize the process of solution train vehicle system architecture development, lead solution train vehicle system architecture platform development.

• Standardize solution train system architecture design process in China.
• Define solution train system architecture platform milestone in China.
• Organize system architecture platform impact evaluation and alignment regarding domain function development in China.
• Set up China architecture Round and monitor milestone achievement status.
• Organize function development cross talk in China.
• Establish relationship and exchange information with global architecture platform.
• Bring China-specific system architecture requirements to global architecture platform.
• Exchange information and cooperate with X1-5/GM/solutions.
• Cooperate system architecture design with global architecture platform.
• Consolidate China architecture baseline release to global.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

Education background

Major in Automotive Engineering, Electronic and Electric or similar subject with Bachelor degree or above

Working experiences

• 8 years above working experience of system architecture development in automotive industry, at least one SOP experience.
• Experience of Lean Agile Management and SAFe.

Technical / Professional skills

• The candidate should familiar with vehicle development process.
• The candidate should have good experience in system architecture development.
• The candidate should be familiar with Large scale Agile development process (such as SAFe) and ASPICE
• The candidate should have strong communication, cooperation and coordination skills.
• The candidate should have strong documentation skills
• The candidate should be excellence in English, German will be a plus
