岗位描述/Department Mission

• Ensure the IT infrastructure /Workplace /Application services are maintained and optimized in Shanghai office.
• Provide Cloud Architecture design for overall company
• Provide the 1st & 2nd level IT support for local employee(
• Coordinate with BJ team and 3rd level original service provider for IT service request and incidents.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities :

IT Operation for Site Support, define IT support and steering process and lead IT on-site support resources to support shanghai office operation:

• Interface with Beijing team and lead on site support to ensure the IT infrastructure /Workplace /Application services are maintained and optimized in Shanghai office.
• Interface with Beijing team and managed the 1st & 2nd level IT service support for local employee and external(by leading external) regarding all IT systems (Laptop, Printer, mobile phone, Network, etc)
• Coordinate with BJ team and 3rd level original service provider for IT service request and incidents.
• 1st level support for IT workplace for CARIAD employee devices (shipment, configure, installs, and sets up devices ). Responding to service requests by fixing issues, replacing, or upgrading equipment.(by leading external resources)
• Regular monitoring and maintaining all the infrastructure devices & services, including LAN/WAN, Server, Storage , UPS, A/C, cabling and any hosting facilities in office data room.
• Ensure proper capacity & lifecycle management in order to have a transparent management and to plan and act in advance to avoid any technical issues.
• Focal point contact with business unit for IT requirement collection and analysis.
• Escalation management 

IT Cloud architecture design and Cloud operation management

• Responsible for providing technical insights and planning, as well as technology selection for the operation and maintenance platform;
• Responsible for the design, optimization, and evolution of the operation and maintenance platform system architecture (including network architecture and system architecture);
• Lead the technical problem-solving of the operation and maintenance platform, master the relevant technical architecture and principles, be able to proactively identify solution risks from the perspective of the operation and maintenance architecture, and provide professional solutions;
• design the IT connection and information exchange with supplier(JV) IT system (ACL, data exchange, network ),based working knowledge of fundamental networking, security, and systems engineering concepts such as TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, Load Balancing, and SSL to design cloud components, subnet, gateway firewall and etc.
• Responsible for collecting and defining technical requirements to enable business process and integrations
• Ensure that solutions created by the development team stick to technical architecture standards(scalability, efficiency and security)

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

Education background

Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related.

Working experience

• 10+ years’ experience in IT industry, demonstrated experience with IT infrastructure operation or IT end-user computing management;
• Have experience in planning and developing operation and maintenance platforms such as automation and monitoring, and have worked on over 1000 servers (cloud servers can also be used).
• Experience in Automotive Industry – Preferred;

Technical / Professional skills

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of helpdesk concepts and toolsets including ITIL, SLA, etc.
• Experienced on the Configures systems, identifying, and solving network issues; maintenance, and management of network resources and data room infrastructure facilities.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential;
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
