Department Mission

• Successful management and implementation of complex vehicle projects of Volkswagen AG with joint ventures in China

Your Responsibilities

Key words: Project manager, independent work; resilience

• Represents an interface to other departments such as R&D, central planning in Germany and production plants
• Coordination and tracking of project activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Report of current project status in regular meetings or to high-level management
• Creation and consecutive update of project plan on the basis of Volkswagen standard
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualification

• Technical knowledge and work experience in at least one work unit
  ( assembly; body shop; press shop; …)
• Good overview of ENP/BEMI work
• Strong understanding of Volkswagen project organization
• Professional reporting and communication skills to MKs/OMKs
• Flexible, mobile, dedicated with high analytical skills
• In line with the business requirements of the company, high willingness to travel for business mainly to Hefei, Changchun and occasionally abroad is preferred.
• Customer orientated and a team player
• Languages:       English (mandatory) at least B2 level; German (fluent)
• Necessary education: Engineering degreed preferred
• more than 5 years relevant working experience
