Brief description of the position:

This position is the link between the e-drive development within the PowerHouse and the Joint Venture partners across China and has the responsibility to coordinate and execute a comprehensive electirc drive (E-Drive) WS This includes strategic planning, aligning on technical standards and supporting the development capabilities of our partners. Taking care of E-Drive WS Strategy Region China

Key Tasks:

• Responsible to plan, coordinate, and execute a series of workshops with all relevant E-Drive related Joint Venture (JV) partners and VCTC.
• Responsible to define workshop agendas, goals, and desired outcomes in close collaboration with internal technical experts and JV stakeholders.
• Responsible to manage all logistical aspects of workshop execution, including venue selection, presentation technology on site and participant coordination.
• Act as the primary liaison for the E-Drive WS between the E-Drive Development team within the PowerHouse and JV engineering teams in China.
• Organize technical deep-dive sessions on key topics, e.g. e-drive technology, component and system design, software, testing protocols, and production quality.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with technical leaders and engineering teams at all JV partners.
• Document workshop outcomes, action items, and key decisions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the workshop format and content based on participant feedback and evolving business needs.
