主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

This position holds the responsibility for the described tasks for the VW Group and the brands (Audi, VW), VCTC, CARIZON for the Chinese market. This position has to serve a large amount of interfaces within Volkswagen Group China, in respective field of technology development of ADAS/ ADAP/ ICV.

• Lead and create the functional system designs for Automated Driving/Parking/Guard systems of CEA, which represent the solution concepts of system requirements and include the evaluation of design alternatives
• Specify and derive systems requirements of Automated Driving/Parking/Guard (ADAP) systems, Map, and Big Data solutions designed for the Chinese and global market
• Identify system elements (sensors, partner ECUs etc.), determine interfaces and connection of system elements
• Define technical requirements for subsystem solutions, functionality and integration for future automotive systems/platforms
• Align the requirement and system solution with the implementation team and test team for verification and do follow-up of the status of implementation
• Use case planning based on project objectives and competitive analysis for data acquisition from the car, data analysis and product improvement in the cloud
• Break down requirements from functions to Map and clarify interface/transmission protocol with map vendors and CARIZON
• Responsible to ensure compliance of Map and Big Data solutions
• Monitor and steer the implementation of the ADAS/ADAP/Active Safety/V2X system requirements, together with supplier/s and partner/s, and work to integrate them in vehicle systems

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Education: This position requires a Master/ Bachelor degree in automotive, electrical, computer engineering or respective field.
• Work Experience: 3-5 years of professional working experience. Experience in vehicle development in automotive industry or related field is required.
• Special Skills:
  • Good knowledge of automotive systems design and engineering process
  • Good knowledge of vehicle communication system, sensor set (ultrasonic, camera, radar, LiDAR), electronic modules (ECUs), software components for automated driving
  • Familiar with ADAS map standards and data structure
• Excellent business English skills (written and spoken), German and Chinese language skills are beneficial.
