职位描述:
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
- Coordination/Management of system implementation &optimization, incl. a. roll-out of group systems, b. deployment, expansion and phase-out of regional and local systems for purchasing related activities, e.g. sourcing, nomination, ordering, production preparation, capacity management, MTZ etc..
- Provision of purchasing system technical support for users, coordination with technical support team and group system expert for continuous improvement of system performance and user experience.
- Management of purchasing system user authority.
- Conceptual design of purchasing system landscape for GAP analysis and potential business requirement elicitation.
- Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience.
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
- 1. Bachelor’s degree or above (major in automotive engineering, information technology is preferred)
- 2. Deep knowledge of purchasing within vehicle industry (Automotive or others/similar). 3 years or above working experience in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is a plus.
- 3. Knowledge/experience in purchasing, logistics and other automotive production area is a plus.
- 4. Ability to handle the complexity of interfaces and practical skills of problem-solving.
- 5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-function.
- 6. Well organized, logical, proactive and target oriented.
- 7. Fluent spoken and written in English. Fluent spoken and written in German is a plus.
