key task:

1. Lead ADAS HDmap and positioning technology(RTK/IMU/GNSS...) project, including project coordination, project status monitoring, and cost analysis. 
2. Lead Geo-data compliance process, ensure all the ADAS functions to meet the China local requirements. 
3. Propose and align the new technology concept with the function and component experts and analyze the function implementation feasibility.
4. Propose and plan POC (Proof-of-Concept) project on Map and positioning technology.
5. Design, develop and implement testing tool chain for map and positioning technology.
6. Manage of test capability building up and certification.
7. Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and compliance with China local requirements.
8. Benchmarking/scouting the HDmap and positioning technology in China market and reporting the China local OEMs solutions.
9. Cooperate with internal and external partners on HDmap and positioning technology development

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering, computer science, software engineering, geographic information engineering, or data science
2. 3+ years of automotive engineering experience, 2+ years in ADAS/AD development field (or similar)), experience in map supplier company is preferred.
3. Knowledge in Map development, especially in HDmap and swarm data map. Experience in supplier exchange and management. Experience in Geo-data compliance handling. Experience in Cloud service for Map is preferred. Highly structured, analytical, and self-organized. Excellent capabilities in communication and team spirit. Strong ability in problem solving, availability of multiple tasks. Excellent English language skills in written and spoken, German communication skills is preferred.
