Brief description of the position:

This position system & part responsible engineer perform as Q specialist representative on the corresponding projects and construction system.

This position holds the responsibility of SQE towards the Joint Venture car plants QA and the Volkswagen Brand Product Technique during the whole parts life cycle.

Key Tasks:

1. Perform as representative of the Q department in the corresponding construction system;
   Perform as contact person for all Q-relevant topics within the set/system
2. Processing and evaluation of set-relevant Q requirements carrying out technical evaluations (e.g. TPB, AKO, AWE) according to Q criteria viewing and evaluating component specifications
3. Review field issues to ensure the lessons learned process
4. Support committees such as pilot hall, concept and product reviews (Konzept-und Produktklausuren) as a Q system & part responsible engineer
5. Define the Q-relevant requirements regarding the technical specification on part level to ensure the projects Q requirements or interests on the contractual base with the supplier
6. Conduct the check and confirmation the planned production processes and risk evaluation of the suppliers (e.g. P-FMEA) to ensure secure and suitable processes
7.  Responsible in Product and Process release (PPA) according to VDA II (incl. 2 DP)
8. Solve and handle the supplier quality related issue to ensure OEM ramp up phase run smoothly
9. Involved as Q-BTV(SQE) for FAP (Failure Elimination Process) regarding SOP + 3 months to EOP; 
   Analyze and evaluate suitable measures on the purchased part related fialures within the Failure Elimination Process 
10. Follow the technical changes process regarding purchased parts to ensure correcitve delivery

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Education:

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering

• Working experience:

Min. 3-5 years professional experience in the fields of Quality Management, purchased-part-management, process management and project management

• Knowledge, skills and others:

- Expert level for VW processes (PEP, CSC, Formel Q) and Quality Methods (e.g. VDA II)
- Expert knowledge and process know-how according to area of expertise (Powertrain, Electrics, NEV vehicles) for covering the entire spectrum of component parts within the “Fachgruppen”
- Analytical, presentation skills, team-work minded, coordinative, willing to communicate, persuasiveness, high willingness to perform, willingness to frequent travel

  - Chinese and English as working language, German is preferable
