职位描述: 

 Brief description of the position:

The core mission of this position is to develop, analyze and improve of Sensors/Actuators related to the cooling system (HV-PTC, water pumps,  temperature sensors and others) for  NEV and ICE vehicles. Includes alignment with stakeholder of thermal management system and monitoring of components and vehicle production, analysis of field problems. 

- Developments of high voltage PTC, accordingly with industry (VW)  and Chinese standards

- Ensure legal compliance, technical quality, on time, in cost and budget delivery by analyses, testing, evaluation, further development and appropriate project management.

- Release recommendation for the developed components 

- Report and align information, status and outcomes to related stakeholders. 
- Prepare decision documents and presentations for the related components and systems 
- Document all product changes, decisions and important meetings as well as compliance relevant issues.

- Generate report and decision recommendations on heating performance; Ensure fulfill vehicle requirement.

- Proactively drive set-up of new topics & processes as well as improvement of current processes by identifying gaps or loops within your working field.
- Initiate, select & work with external partners in alignment with supervisors and VW AG.

- Proactively initiate training demands for this position as well as support & mentoring for other team members.

- Report on related topics to the CTOs in  VCTC TG and Y-TG as well as in other comitees .

Qualification and skills required :

Education:

Master or Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or similar. Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in the relevant topics in theory and practice.

Working experience:

Minimum 5 years of working experience, in automotive industry in electric parts development.

Knowledge, skills and others:

- Deep understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer mechanisms and physics;
- Deep understanding of automotive industry processes, 
- Deep Knowledge of high voltage components for air conditioning and cooling systems.
- Ability of making 2D/3D section of concept design.
- Deep knowledge of high voltage electric parts development, and related standard.
- Fluent English communication skills and German communication skills is preferred;
- Good communication skills and team spirit
