职位描述: 

Responsibilities:

 

Assistant to the head of department

  • Arrange calendar of the head of department
  • Provide material and other support needed by the head of department
  • Prepare and layout presentations and other documents

Administrative tasks

  • Arrange team meeting and write meeting minutes
  • Support team with administrative works
  • Prepare weekly and annual reports of the team
  • Update internal documentations (team presentation, team handbook, etc.)

Reporting

  • Prepare meeting minutes and documentation to the head of department

Support for any ad-hoc projects

  • Co-coordination and support during project implementation (e.g. Team event, workshops or presentations)

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Necessary education:

Bachelor with a major in Economics, business administration or similar of study

Personal skills:

  • Outstanding inter-personal skills in multinational working environment
  • Proactive, independent, self-motivated working style
  • Result orientation, accurate and error free working attitude
  • Ability to deal with multitask and work efficiently
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Friendly and service-oriented to employees and visitors

Working experience (in years):

Working experience preferred

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

  • High proficiency in oral and written English. German is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially in PPT and EXCEL
  • Oversea study and working experience is a plus
