Brief description of the position:
The position will organize business meetings, facilitate department documentation tasks, manage tangible and intangible team resources, organize team activities and ensure efficient and effective inner department and inter departments communication and coordination
Key Tasks:
Business meeting organization: set up meeting agenda, define meeting participants, track and fix meeting schedule and make meeting records
Department documentation tasks: create component business related documents according to business needs, organize the documents and properly archive the documents
Team resource management: organize and manage the resources for the component business team, including meeting room management and timeslot allocation, working station facility management etc.
Team activity organization: propose and organize team activities, including regular team member working progress review, group gathering activities etc.
Inner and inter department(s) communication and coordination: facilitate tasks allocation and completion within the department or among different departments
Business trip management: settle the itinerary, accommodation, car rental and (for oversea trips) visa application process for the Head of Component business
Support the Head of Component Business and team members in ad hoc daily tasks
Qualification and skills required for the position:
Bachelor degree, best in automotive engineerin, related areas
Preferably with working experience of similar positions, or working experience in auto industry
Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Strong communication skills Excellent business writing skills Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English, preferably excellent German skills
