Department Mission
• Ensure an up-to-date, high quality vehicle & powertrain calibration for Audi & VW in China
• Support the market introduction of latest ICE and NEV technology
Your Responsibilities:
• Manage & release technical powertrain calibration projects for new developments & serial
• Technical steering of vehicle & powertrain calibration with internal & external partners
• Lead and support problem solving process
• Strategic project, resource and test trip planning and steering with worldwide partners
• Follow up and assure a good project status and present it to higher management
• Ensure a compliant project success according to all regulations with correct documentation
Required Qualification:
• Academic degree in mechanical-, automotive-, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
• 2+ years of experience in vehicle or powertrain calibration
• Profound background automotive engine or vehicle control unit software/calibration
o Vehicle-, ICE-Engine-, Gearbox-, e-Motor Calibration
• Experience in technical project management / -leadership / -steering
• Knowledge of quality management, and product management
• Cooperative, analytical working, team spirit, intercultural competence
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with strong initiative and self-reliance
• Good communication skills in English and German
