Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our Automotive Test Laboratory team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automated test systems for automotive components, systems, and full vehicles. The ideal candidate will work closely with test engineers, R&D teams, and validation teams to improve testing efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability in a professional automotive lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and maintain test automation solutions for automotive test laboratories, including component testing, system validation, e-drive testing, and vehicle-level testing.

2. Design automated test scripts, test cases, and test sequences based on project requirements and automotive industry standards.

3. Integrate and configure test automation tools, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems, measurement equipment, and laboratory test benches.

4. Collaborate with R&D, validation, and quality teams to define test specifications, automation strategies, and lab workflow improvements.

5. Troubleshoot and optimize automated test systems to ensure stability, reliability, and data accuracy in daily lab operations.

6. Maintain test automation frameworks, update test environments, and manage version control for test programs and scripts.

7. Generate automated test reports, analyze test data, and support problem analysis and continuous improvement.

8. Support laboratory equipment calibration, system commissioning, and daily operation of automated test stations.

9. Comply with automotive quality standards, laboratory safety regulations, and internal testing processes.
