key task:

1. Design all Layer3 related function testing with corrsponding function owners.
2. Ensure all test deliveries of all layer3 responsible functions
3. Ensure layer3 test resources management (test parts & vehicles odering, testers arrangement, , Test planning, test tasks assignment, Test equipment commissioning, test error & report collection)
4. Definition, communication, implementation and control of Layer3 Test strategy. Overall and partial goals are defined and communicated.
5. Risk management, evaluation & escalation on various vehicle and ECU in sense of Layer3 testing.
6. Creation of the test strategy and test jobsplit with other parties out of layer3 (VCTC-E & A and JVs) to enhance function testing.
7. Ensure all layer3 test required envirements (test bench, test labcar, test vehicle, test tool, test cloud, test app )
8. Plan and delivery of layer3 related test automation strategy. 
9. Development simulation / automation tool to enable Architecure & OTA test and development

Qualification:

1. University Studies: E/E Mechanical Engineering, Control Engineering (e.g. Bachelor or Dipl-ing. degree) 
2. Long-standing experiences (> 3y) in Automotive E/E, networking & architecture testing. especially familiar with OTA, Diagnosis and Test Tools.
3. Experience (>3y) of technical development in automotive industry • Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring) • Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding of Automotive electronic ( OTA, Diagnosis, EOL, CAN/Ethernet Network-areas and Security) • Good team player and communication skills, able to work under pressure • More than basic knowhow about vehicle Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and vehicle architecture • Broad knowledge Test Equipment Commisioning and Maintenance, Usage of CANoe。 • Good business language skills in English and German is a plus
