主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for prototypes and test parts purchasing to support new product development and AGT build-up, not limited to electric parts, control unit, chassis parts, BIW, plastics and other parts required by R&D.
• Steering an end-to-end purchasing process from demand management to purchase order with business unit.
• Define bidder list for responsible material group and manage whitelist suppliers.
• Collect technical evaluation result.
• Analyze quotation and set up sourcing strategy to negotiate with suppliers for a timely and economic sourcing result.
• Combine volumes of various car models to generate cost synergies
• Foresee the demand of business unit to align a realistic sourcing plan.
• Track both domestic, and foreign market trends and competitive conditions within the scope of technology, quality, capacity and economic rationality.
• Selection and supplier nomination in a transparent, fair and compliant manner
• Contract Management not limit to creation, sealing and archiving.
• Present results / nomination recommendations in Sourcing Committee
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Material, Engineering or Automotive Industry Related
• Well understanding of purchasing within vehicle industry (Automotive or others/similar). Working experience in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is a plus.
• Strong logical thinking and mathematical abilities
• Ability to handle complexity with different stakeholders.
• Good strategic view and decision making.
• Proficient networking skills and practical problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and relationship skills in creating and fostering working relationships within Purchasing, business units and suppliers.
• Fluent Spoken and written in English.
• Proficient in MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
