key task:

1. Systematically sort out core competitors (automobile manufacturers, Tier1, technology companies) in the global and domestic ADAS field, establish a comprehensive competitor information database, and dynamically update their iteration rhythm and strategic adjustments.
2. Focus on core ADAS functions (ACC, AEB, LKA, APA, NOA, etc.), conduct regular function tests and parameter benchmarking, and analyze differences in function implementation logic, trigger conditions, scenario adaptability and user experience.
3. Evaluate ADAS function performance both from objective and subjective perspective such as competitor drive and corresponding Tooling developments.
4. Continuously track competitors' ADAS technology iterations, including algorithm optimization, hardware solutions, software upgrade routes and patent layouts, and provide references for the company's ADAS R&D direction.
5. Regularly output competitor analysis reports to provide data support for cross-departmental work, and assist in solving competitor-related problems in R&D and market promotion.
6. Define and update ADAS relevant KPI, and developing KPI relevant testing methodology
7. Align above contents with internal (EG, GQ) & external counterparts (JVs, suppliers, etc.). Reporting in committee about status & progress, e.g. China-TG
8. Collaborate with the product and marketing departments to understand the market promotion plan, ensure that the product release is synchronized with the market promotion activities, and provide necessary product information support.
9. Organize Testdrive and conduct expert drive for supporting release
10. Make the ADAS release recommendation to TOP management according to competitor test drives.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor or Master degree in automotive / electrical / computing or similar
2. • 3+ years of automotive system development experience • Well-founded technical knowledge of ADAS / HAD system solution and development • Deep understanding of the software architecture and developmen
3. • Excellent capabilities in communication and team work • Strong ability in problem solving, availability of multiple tasks • Experience of studying / working abroad as a plus • Excellent language skills in English (written and verbal) mandatory • Chinese language skills • German language skills as a plus
