key task:

1. ADAS software validation and testing incl. cooperation with 3rd party colleagues and test activity execution, test report generation.
2. Preparation and maintenance of test vehicles and test tools. Cooperation with EG workshop incl. task delivery and acceptance check.
3. Test plan is developed and aligned with team. Test resource incl. PT drivers, measurement tools, proving grounds, 3rd party support are purchased and available.
4. Test drive management incl. vehicle preparation, route exploration and organization.
5. Tickets handling process is aligned and ensure it running well with JVs and other partners. Tickets creation standard is aligned with JVs and other partners.
6. Regular alignment with EG or other partners on pre-escalation and overdue tickets, etc.
7. Standalone prepare presentation and ensure content shall be management suitable.
8. Ensure supervisor and related team members are well informed in terms of project status, progress, risks and escalation topics, to avoid sudden escalation due to personal carelessness.
9. Crossing project support.

Qualification:

1.  Bachelor or Master degree in automotive / electrical / computing or similar
2. • 3+ years of automotive system development experience • Well-founded technical knowledge of ADAS / HAD system solution and development • Experience in test management
3. Highly structured, analytical and self-organized, -motivated • Excellent capabilities in communication and team work • Strong ability in problem solving, availability of multiple tasks • Experience of studying / working abroad as a plus • Fluent language skills in English (written and verbal) mandatory • Chinese language skills • German language skills as a plus
