Your Job:

• Responsible for project coordination for DSG transmission and Implementation of Q project controlling for defined projects
• Prepare of project release and Q release of assigned projects
• Conduct quality activities for project meetings, project reviews and Pilothalle in the region on the basis of quality standards of the VW Group
• Support project-related tasks in Q-process planning and in the pre-production phase of new production sites
• Steer failure analysis and problem solving process of components of DSG gearbox from VWATD / VWATJ
• Responsible for fulfilment of field quality objectives of DSG gearbox in cooperation with JV’s and gearbox plants in region China
• Report and escalate top quality problems in committees and represent region China in meetings with Group
• Support other gearbox related projects, e.g. intelligent repair ideas, remanufacturing etc.

 Professional Experience:

• Technical engineer or comparable education
• Knowledge in Q-project management and VW PEP process
• Technical understanding and analytical thinking
• Capability to read and understand drawings, requirement specifications and technical documents

Soft Skills & Attitude:

• More than 3 years working experience in automotive industry
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Customer orientation
• English language; German and/or Chinese is a plus
