职位描述:
key task:
- End-to-End User Research: Lead full-process user research for intelligent cockpits, L2-L4 autonomous driving, vehicle control and in-vehicle services, including demand mining, research design, execution, data analysis and insight delivery, to support product planning and design optimization.
- Forward-Looking Demand Insight: Track changes of China's NEV user groups, conduct forward-looking research combining industry tech trends (in-vehicle AI large models, multi-modal interaction, etc.), explore potential needs and support product innovation and long-term strategy.
- Experience Metrics System: Establish and improve intelligent vehicle UX evaluation systems (NPS, satisfaction, etc.), collaborate with product and data teams for data correlation analysis, track optimization effects and form a closed-loop management mechanism.
- Competitor & Industry Analysis: Regularly conduct UX competitive research on mainstream NEV startups and cross-border tech firms, analyze their product strengths and user pain points, and output differentiated competitive strategies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Cooperate with product, design, R&D and other teams, translate user insights into actionable product requirements and design solutions, follow up implementation and promote team-wide UX research methodology popularization.
- Research Capability Upgrade: Explore and apply innovative research methods and tools (VR testing, LLM-assisted analysis, in-vehicle behavior big data mining) to improve research efficiency and insight accuracy.
- User Persona Iteration: Build and iterate segmented user personas based on multi-dimensional research and in-vehicle behavior data, clarify core needs of different groups and support precise product positioning.
- Product Iteration Evaluation: Conduct pre-launch usability testing and post-launch experience tracking for each product version, identify experience issues and propose optimization suggestions to ensure iteration quality and UX continuity.
- Brand DNA Experience Governance: Anchor core brand DNA, establish its UX implementation standards and evaluation system, ensure consistent UX with brand values throughout the product lifecycle, and integrate brand DNA into product design to enhance differentiated brand experiences.
- Research Result Precipitation: Systematize UX research results, develop standardized templates and insight knowledge bases, realize internal reuse and improve the team's overall research efficiency and professional capabilities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Human Factors Engineering, Industrial Design, Statistics or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-8 years of UX research experience; experience in leading end-to-end UX research projects and intelligent cockpit/autonomous driving research preferred
- Proficient in qualitative & quantitative research. Strong logic and insight, able to deliver and implement high-quality research reports. Deep understanding of China’s NEV trends, familiar with cockpit/AD/connected car scenarios & pain points, with solid UCD thinking. Excellent cross-team collaboration & promotion skills, quick to respond to demands. Strong empathy, passion for auto intelligent tech, pressure-resistant and adaptable to fast iteration. Valid driving license (≥2 years); UX lab/eye-tracking experience a plus. English as a working language.
