key tasks:

Translate creative direction into polished, high-fidelity designs, 

Ensure design consistency and completeness by following up on all UI elements and interactions.  maintain visual coherence and brand alignment.

Create responsive layouts, design systems, and component libraries using Figma/Mastergo or similar tools. rapidly produce concepts and prototypes

Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and technical feasibility

Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs, identify experience pain points and design opportunities, define design directions, and provide critical input for product design.

Track HMI industry trends, competitor dynamics and new technologies and explore innovative design solutions for UX/UI

Be responsible for the user experience (UX) design of intelligent cockpit products, deliver low/high-fidelity interaction documents, precipitate design methodologies, and drive the improvement of team professional capabilities

Build and maintain a platformized HMI design specification system to ensure the consistency, scalability and brand alignment of the design language

Collaborate closely with multi-party teams to ensure the final effect restoration of design solutions and promote design implementation.

Participate in design verification, review and testing to ensure that the design complies with safety standards, regulatory requirements and user experience goals, and promote iterative optimization of the design.

Qualification and skills required:

Master degree or above in  Design or related majors

Minimum 3 years working experience in UXUI design for complex projects with multiple workstreams

 Capable of understanding problems from both business and user perspectives, and proposing targeted design solutions
• Proficiency in mainstream design tools  (Blender、Figma、AE, Sketch, Protopie, Axure etc.
•Experience in generative HMI design, multi modal interaction, or AI product interaction is a plus
• Ability to efficiently understand product and interaction design thinking, and to acutely assess the feasibility of visual design;
