To strengthen our team, we are looking for colleagues who can contribute to the exciting interface between technology and business management. We are looking forward to welcoming specialists in the area of areas of Battery  and/or e-Powertrain and/or HV Electronics and/or Engines.

Your main Responsibilities:

• Cost analysis of components, materials and manufacturing processes, including on-site validation at suppliers worldwide
• Support negotiations and identification of cost and technical potentials in the nomination process
• Cost optimization in concept development and preparation for top management and board level technology decisions
• Benchmarking and active participation in product optimization workshops
• Contribution to the design-to-cost processes with the development and the main suppliers

Our Requirements:

• Knowledge of development and / or manufacturing of mechatronic or electrochemical or electronic products
• Knowledge of vehicle platform technical design and/or its components

Necessary education:

Master university degree in electrical engineering, chemistry, process engineering (process technology) or mechanical engineering (manufacturing technology, construction), in-depth training

Personal skills:

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex issues at the interface of technology and business aspects
• Pragmatism and solution orientation
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for electromobility
• Assertiveness and ability to work under pressure in a volatile environment

Working experience (in years):

• 0-5 years experience in one of the areas: Battery/e-Powertrain/
  HV Electronics/Engines.

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

• Chinese native
• Business English spoken and written
• German language skills are an advantage
