负责全球目标市场汽车技术法规的研究、跟踪与解读，搭建合规支撑体系，优化内外部法规沟通流程，保障海外出口车型项目符合目标市场准入及监管要求，推动项目顺利落地。

Overseas Regulatory Interpretation & Tracking
- 负责海外市场型式认证相关法规动态的跟踪、研究，建立并动态维护法规数据库。
Track and analyze homologation relevant oversea regulations; Create and maintain regulation database for global target markets.
- 根据公司研发任务及研发计划，针对海外出口车型项目创建、更新法规清单，支持项目法规符合性排查。
Create and update specific regulation list for company export vehicle projects and support the regulatory compliance check.
- 协调内外部资源，对目标市场的标准法规、准入及市场监管要求进行收集、分析、解读和宣贯，对海外车型项目提供法规解读和澄清。
Coordinate internal and external resources to collect, analyze and breakdown technical regulations of target markets with regarding to market access and supervision requirements. Provide regulatory interpretation and clarification for export vehicle projects.
- 统筹外部标准法规活动和会议，及时获取法规信息，与标准法规制定机构、咨询机构等进行法规澄清、沟通实施细则及应对建议。
Coordinate external regulatory meetings, obtain regulation information timely, clarify regulation requirements and implementation with the support of standardization bodies & technical services.

- 深入了解内部法规咨询、外部法规合作等流程，梳理、识别现有流程的问题点并提出贴合法规内外部沟通需求的优化方案，与相关方沟通并实施落地。
Develop comprehensive understanding of internal regulation communication, implementation process and external collaboration modes, identify gaps and implement optimized solutions.
- 推动法规沟通流程与业务流程数字化融合，联动IT部门优化现有系统。搭建法规信息库，建立与合资厂的法规共享机制，实现法规沟通记录可追溯、需求可闭环，提升流程管控的效率。
Promote the digital regulatory communication processes, collaborate with IT to optimize systems. Establish a regulation master list and sharing mechanism to improve process efficiency.

1.法规研究与合规分析
1. Regulatory Research and Compliance Analysis
（1）收集全球目标市场的汽车技术法规，针对不同车型项目为研发部门提供法规清单。
Collect automotive technical regulations for global target markets and provide project specific regulation list (PSV List) to R&D department for different vehicle projects.
（2）解读目标海外市场法规、拆解和差异比对。
Interpret, breakdown and compare regulations of target overseas markets.
（3）跟踪法规更新及制作法规月报。
Track regulatory updates and output monthly regulatory reports.
（4）对研发部门进行法规答疑，为法规符合性排查和技术更改提供法规支持。
Provide regulatory clarification to R&D departments, supporting regulatory compliance checks and technical changes.
（5）参加外部工作组会，获取法规信息。研发内部组织法规信息传递、讨论、解读。
Participate in external working group meetings to obtain regulatory information; organize internal discussion and interpretation on regulation requirements within R&D departments.

（1）维护、优化法规数据库，便于长期跟踪和积累。
Maintain and optimize overseas regulatory database to support long-term tracking and accumulation of regulatory knowledge.
（2）优化内部海外项目法规清单创建、法规传递、沟通流程。
Optimize internal processes of regulation checklist creation and information transfer for overseas projects.
（3）优化外部法规沟通、合作流程。
Optimize external regulatory communication and cooperation processes.
- 资历和能力Qualification and Skills:
1、5年以上法规认证经验，其中2年以上汽车行业海外法规研究工作经验，至少主导或参与过 3 个整车海项目法规工作（具有M1类电动车项目经验优先）。有主机厂、海外法规认证服务机构等岗位工作经验或欧盟认证授权资质者优先。
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical regulation or homologation fields, including at least 2 years on overseas automotive regulations, and participation in or leadership of at least 3 complete vehicle overseas projects (M1 category BEV projects preferred). Experience with OEMs, overseas homologation service agencies, or holding EU homologation authorization qualifications is a plus.
2. 熟悉全球主流汽车市场法规标准体系，能够独立解读法规，将法规要求与匹配至技术开发部门。
2. Experienced in regulatory and standards frameworks of major global automotive markets, capable of independently interpreting regulations and mapping regulatory requirements to R&D departments.
3、汽车工程、机械制造等相关专业本科及以上学历；熟练使用办公软件；英语可作为工作语言，能熟练阅读与撰写英文法规与相关文件。
3. Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related majors; Proficient in office software; Fluent English as a working language, with the ability to read and draft English regulatory documents.
4、具备出色的表达和沟通能力，有较强的责任心和团队合作意识，有良好的跨部门协作能力，能高效协调内部研发团队、外部第三方服务机构、当地经销商等，推动项目顺利开展。
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong sense of responsibility and teamwork; solid cross-functional collaboration capabilities; able to efficiently coordinate internal R&D teams, third-party service agencies, and local importers to facilitate the smooth progress of projects.
