Brief description of the position:

Vehicle and Test planing within EG department. Coordination test vehicles needed for development activities in EG, track the test plan&status and report the risk and deviation to relevant project committee for solving and pushing problem solving.

Key Tasks:

• To plan EG test vehicles request based on project status and GFF requirement , and to ensure the test vehicles needed for development activities in EG.
• To represent EG to participate in R&D VTT meeting and relevant committee for EG test vehicles demand explanation and related task.
• To track the delivery of test vehicle and evaluate/report the status & risk of deviation from production.
• To collect, update, track the test plan and ensure the fulfillment of test programs in EG, not only in our company but also in VWAG/JVs.
• To report the EG test plan and status in EG project status meeting.
• To report and upgrade the risk because of EG test delay and lack of resource in project status meeting.

Qualificaions and skills required for the position:

• Engineering Bachelor Degree : Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Automotive, or similar;
• More than 3-5 years;
• Working experience in whole vehicle development and testing is preferred;
• Vehicle professional knowledge (development/testing);;
• Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring);
• Deep understanding of automotive development processes and procedures;
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Problem solving skills;
• Capable of leading and managing project indecently
• Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory;
• Working experience in VW group and German is plus
